More Bad Play By Play

I had another example of poorly written play by play the other day:

This was on a second and 7 play. The runner wound up a yard short.

I like the idea of him diving for the first down marker. However, there must be a better way to phrase it than “dives first down marker.”

This isn’t the only time I’ve run into bizarre things in Action PC Football, by the way. I worry that Dave Koch’s focus on the chalkboard is taking attention away from the accuracy and immersion of the play by play itself.
